The relationships of fisher ships and fishing activities with marine trade

As fishing activities are developing in accordance with the technology, they are increasingly being performed in more offshore. Nowadays, as the fishing advances from coastal fishing in shores and small boats to the open sea fishing, fishing boats sizes also increase. Therefore, fishing activities and maritime traffic intersect at certain points. In this context, current national and international regulations concerning sea and fishing activities and other practices will be examined so precautions will be taken to minimize both two activities effecting on each other. For this purpose, first of all, precautions mentioned in the present code and regulations will be organized and then the deficits in all fields of two sectors and the precautions to be taken will be emphasized.
