Conservative tendencies in Baltacıoğlu?s writting

Although the origin of the term `conservative? is not known historically, the first utterance of the term as a political ideology dates back to the French Revolution. Born as a reaction to the French Revolution, conservatism, today, is commonly used by the political parties. Generally regarded as a negative ideology, it has become popular with the same meaning in our country.Having been existed for the last two centuries, ideology of conservatism gained more importance after mid-twenties. In this developing process of the ideology, it would not be an exaggeration to state that it was because of the globalization in addition to the disintegration of the Soviet Union that caused daring insurrections of societies that affect the states deeply.In this study, the developing process of the conservationist ideology, which is generally misinterpreted not only in our country but also in the world, along with the writings of İsmail Hakkı BALTACIOĞLU, published in the journal ?Yeni Adam?, were investigated and analyzed in the frame of conservationist ideology during the period of one-party system in Turkey
