Abstract (EN)
Today, information technology has led to change classical management approach in the banking sector. Increasing competition in the banking sector has caused to improve productivity in enterprises. Employees must not only adapt organizational climate but also provide necessary conditions for job satisfaction. Employers attitudes has been a critical importance for this situation. This study was a comprehensive research study applied to a total of 312 employers of banking sector, 238 male and 74 female, who are working in 2016- 2017 year, in Albaraka Turk Headquaters and Branches of İstanbul. "Personal Information Form", "Responses to Job Dissatisfaction Scale", and "Organizational Climate Scale" were applied to participants. SPSS programme was used to evaluate the data. Pearson Correlation Analysis was used to examine relationship between responses to job dissatisfaction and organizational climate. Independest Samples T Test was conducted using variables of gender, marital status and education status. To purpose to use of this test and variables was to gain relationship between responses to job dissatisfaction and organizational climate among Albarakaturk Istanbul personels. Kruskal Wallis-H test was conducted using variebles of age and banking experience times among participants. The aim of this test was to measure responses to job dissatisfaction and perceptions of organizational climate among participants.Because significant difference was obtained with Kruskal Wallis-H test, Mann Whitney U test was used to find this significant differences. One way variance analysis (ANOVA) was used to analyze variables of monthly income and working times among participants. When there was significant difference among the groups according to ANOVA test, Tukey ve Tamhane Test were conducted to find this differences. The statistical significance level in this research was accepted 0.05. Research results were presented in subdimensions, discussed and necessary suggestions were developed.
