Abstract (EN)
This research is conducted to show the efficiency of one to one marketing principals applied by Participation Banks in terms of both bank clients and bank staff.In order to produce valuable information in this sense, a questionnaire is prepared and handed out and filled out by 67 bank employee?s and 74 clients working with related banks.The data acquired in this study is analyzed by statistics application program SPSS 17.0. As the data acquired is being evaluated, In order to evaluate the outcomes of applied quesitionnare, statistics of frequency and percentile was used to identify the descriptive characteristics of bank employee?s and clients to the bank. In addition, statistics of avarage and standard deviation was used to evaluate the level of perception of bank employee?s and clients in terms of one to one marketing experience. To test the hypothesis in this research, T-test which is one-way Anova test was used. Also the relations among factors affecting one to one marketing was analyzed using correlation analyze method.As a result of this research, it is shown than employees of participation bank has implemented the one to one marketing applications in a very effective and high level way and the applications has been perceived by clients at the same level of understanding.Key Words: Banking business, one to one marketing, participation banks, marketing, service marketing,
