Abstract (EN)

The banking industry is characterized by high competition, intense performance expectations, and a customer-centric work environment. The fair treatment of employees, their access to authority and responsibility, and satisfaction from work processes have significant implications at both individual and organizational levels. A review of the literature reveals the positive impact of organizational justice on employee empowerment and job satisfaction. Particularly, fair management practices and the delegation of authority increase job satisfaction while contributing to long-term performance and productivity in banks. Empowerment strategies in the banking sector enhance leadership skills, increase employee engagement in work processes, and improve customer satisfaction. This study examines the relationships between organizational justice, employee empowerment and job satisfaction in the banking sector. This research provides recommendations on how banks can effectively implement strategies related to organizational justice, employee empowerment, and job satisfaction.
