Abstract (EN)
As the communication technologies has been progressing, it has been easier to reach ?current information? and ?knowledge discovery? concept has increasingly become more important. The necessity of turning huge amounts of data into useful information indicates the importance of data mining. On the other hand, personnel quality is an important point for companies in order to maintain competitive advantages. In this study, an effective personnel selection mechanism is improved by classification and clustering in data mining and generating useful decision rules is aimed. WEKA is used as a data mining software and an application for sales employees in banking sector is conducted.
