The Place of the genres and forms in the study of form in Barouque Era and then necessity of the form course

vıu ABSTRACT Name of the research: "The Place of The Genres and Forms in The Study of Form in Barouque Era and Then Necessity of The Form Course " Name of the researcher: Barış Erdal The aim in this research is to determine the place of form course in the education of music teaching and to determine it's genres and forms with regard to the importance of the era of Barouque music in history. A synthesis of historical development process and formal structures of genres and forms which formed in Barouque Era. In this research, it has been thought to be a kind of sourse about the genres and forms of Baouque Era and to contribute edication. In this work literary research and qualitative research method has been used. In analyzing the data, method of descriptive analysis has been used. At the end of research, the genres and fomrs of Barouque Era is determined. We come to the conclusion that the form course is not applied with necesseary importance and scope in the slylabus of department of music teaching. Keywords 1. Barouque Era 2. Genres and Forms 3.
