In a global world, the efforts to carry on developing and expanding in trade by traditional financial techniques make the enterprises have in trouble. In respect of the conditions of economies of countries involved in, it is insufficient to use traditional financial techniques for the enterprises to keep and increase their assets and capitals.The fundamental problems of The Small And Medium Size Enterprises which have a big volume in the world economy, are not be able to find cheap and sufficient financial sources. On the other hand, nowadays, the effects of the period of globalism and the decreasing the drawbacks by international agreements and the economic crises within the country and changes in social and economic situations orientate the firms to the new trade techniques. Therefore, new financial techniques like barter system occur in the world trade.In this study, we investigate the barter system which occupies more working area day by day, in the frame of Small And Medium Size Enterprises and its applicability to barter system. Also, a questionnaire has been applied in order to determine views of the Small And Medium Size Enterprises which are the members of some barter firms in Turkey.A study of questionnaires has been applied with the method of discussion with the intermediary barter firms so the essential information and original documents have been provided.
