Abstract (EN)

With the globalization process and financial liberalization, rising complexity of fiscal markets and varity of obligators, both investors and official autorities began to make a point of credit rating enterprises? advices. One of the most recent innovation in rating is the arrangements of Basel II new BIS issued in July 2004 by Basel Committee on Banking Supervision. The credit risk, considering Basel II, is based on the existance of risk rating grate for every side having credit relations and the evaluation of this quality grate regarding the risk intervals. In our country planning to pass to the Basel II applications by January 2008, banks give priority to considering firstly the financial analysis and information reports. Both the firm rating and financial analysis and information studies are the operations aiming to confirm the pay back ability of the loans? capital and interest payments. But by passing to Basel II criterias, according to Basel II applications, banks will give priority to firm rating and financial analysis and information studies will have secondary importance. Expected to give rise to important changes in banking sector `The Basel II applications?, especially in Basel II concept `Corporate Rating?, `financial analysis and information studies?, `the similarities and differences between financial analysis and information studies and firm rating? and `the possible effects of firm ratings, which will be put in practise for evauating credit risk, to financial analysis and information studies in evaluating credit risk? are the subjects emphasized in this study.
