Abstract (EN)
Governmental systems differs according to the principles of unity of powers and separation of powers. Dictatorship, monarchy, and assembly government systems are representatives of the unity of powers; on the other hand, parliamentary, presidential and semi-presidential systems are the representatives of separation of powers. The aim of this study is to compare and contrast the presidential and semi-presidential systems. While doing that, presidential system and semi-presidential system are to be analyzed with the case studies of USA and France. Keywords:
