Abstract (EN)
The aim of this study is to create a guideline teaching program for amateur guitar education at the beginner level and to examine the success of the program in the application process. The research has a combined model with its quantitative and qualitative dimensions. The curriculum preparation part of the research is based on a theoretical basis, and the experimental part was carried out with a single group posttest model among the experimental models. In the research, literature scanning technique was used in the theoretical dimension for the formation of the curriculum and similar studies were examined in this direction. In the experimental dimension, an 11-week curriculum was applied to 5 students at the beginning level, by the theoretical knowledge tests and performance tests and testing-measurement processes were carried out. The data obtained from the performance tests were evaluated by three field experts based on the determined 5-point likert scale. Then, the success scores were found by calculating the weighted average of the theoretical knowledge tests and performance tests determined for each unit. As a result of the research; The average achievement scores of the units of the prepared guideline program are in the range of 81-100 points, and the average success score of the students according to the units is between 92.6 - 96.82 and this situation concluded that the program is quite successful.
