In content of this study the locations, the surface-remains and water conveyance systemof ancient settlement centeen in Western Mediterranean Region, also ancient Lycia, are investigated. Lycia Region located in, south and south_western Anatolia (Modern Turkish Republic) were bounded Pamphilia in east, Pisidia in North, Caria in west and Mediterranean in south.This study restricted with only surface investigations has been realized under the approval of Ministry of Culture, General Directory of Statues and Museums. Very little amount of the investigated cities has been previously studied. With this study, mostly unrecognizable face of ancient cities has been handled, so a new sight-angle has been brought to another side of ancient existence.This study that covers water structures of ancient settlements at regional basis as a whole, is restricted with only 55 cities in Lycia Region and its surroundings because of time limitation. Most of them have been studied at first time. With this study, the water lines have been visited, photographed, archived, drawn and their capacities determined under the consideration of modern hydraulic approaches and formulas.These remains are the mutual heritages of humanity. So, their discoveries shall bring some new horizons to the archeological investigations not limited with the country that they exist but also to whole scientific world
