Abstract (EN)
This study, to investigate the frequency of consanguineous marriage and intermarriage depends on fertility, infant mortality, genetics and chronic disease were carried out to determine. Eskipazar residing in the district to work with an average of 36.9 years female participants joined 320 volunteers. Developed by the researchers to collect data open-ended questionnaire was used consisting of 17 questions. As a result of intermarriage took place and the family files of 224 live births, according to the information given was questioned. The data obtained from questionnaires to statistical analysis using SPSS software in a Windows environment Chi-square and t tests were evaluated. Evaluations, p <0.05 level were considered significant. According to our analysis results, our study involved 320 women, 102 of them that the consanguineous marriage (31.8%) and a total of 224 children were determined to be. The subject of marriage to relatives, 52.9% first-degree and 27.5% second degree, 19.6% were third-degree and more distant relatives. Inbred still living 224 children from 24 of them (10.7%) were found to carry genetic disease. Intermarriage between the groups do not do those stillbirth rate of 1.5% and 6.6% were in favor of marriages between relatives of those who do. According to our results, level of education increases, decreases were observed in the degree of consanguinity. First-degree consanguineous marriage, while 79% of the first school graduates, 70% for those doing second degrees of consanguinity, on the third degree and the 66% or fall respectively. As a result of intermarriage, low levels of education due to the increase observed in spite of that our country remains a major health issue on the agenda can say. Intermarriage caused health problems in removing genetic counseling services, primary health services in should take place and that intermarriage have made individual genetic counseling services provided free of charge the genetic genetics centers in the number of emergency as the increase are needed.
