Incidence of chronic diseases marriage relative in West Black Sea and genetic investigation

This study, to investigate the frequency of consanguineous marriage and intermarriage depends on fertility, infant mortality, genetics and chronic disease were carried out to determine. Eskipazar residing in the district to work with an average of 36.9 years female participants joined 320 volunteers. Developed by the researchers to collect data open-ended questionnaire was used consisting of 17 questions. As a result of intermarriage took place and the family files of 224 live births, according to the information given was questioned. The data obtained from questionnaires to statistical analysis using SPSS software in a Windows environment Chi-square and t tests were evaluated. According to our analysis results, our study involved 320 women, 102 of them that the consanguineous marriage (31.8%) and a total of 224 children were determined to be. The subject of marriage to relatives, 52.9% first-degree and 27.5% second degree, 19.6% were third-degree and more distant relatives.
