Abstract (EN)

The research was carried out to determine the effect of lentil cultivars on the yield and yield components of winter lentil in Batman ecological conditions in 2019 growing season. The study was designed as a randomized block design with 3 replications and 12 lentil cultivars (Altıntoprak, Çağıl, Çiftçi, Emre-20, Fırat-87, Kafkas, Özbek, Sazak-91, Seyran-96, Şakar, Tigris and Yerli Kımızı) were used in the experiment. Phenologically; it was determined that germination times, flowering times, podding times and maturity times varied between 23-35.0, 111.0-121.67, 116.0-135.67, 155.0-165.0 days, respectively. In terms of parameters of yield and yield components; plant height, first pod height, number of primary branch per plant, number of secondary branch per plant, number of pod per plant, number of seed per plant, number of seed per pod, biological yield, grain yield, 1000-seed weight and harvest index varied between 30.20-39.77 cm, 12.27-18.90 cm, 1.67-2.33 plant-, 0.23-1.07 plant-, 12.07-28.07 pod-, 20.12-47.28 plant-, 1.52-1.82 pod-, 212.22-395.22 kg/da, 49.78-173.33 kg/da, 25.93-43.60 g and 22.68-46.76 %, respectively. According to the findings obtained from the study, it was determined that cv.Tigris and cv.Özbek were prominent in terms of adaptation and seed yield in Batman ecological conditions.
