Abstract (EN)

The construction of reinforced concrete structures in aquatic systems and water basins is now an inevitable need. Water basins are affected the concrete structures, both simple and large structures such as retaining walls, design of landscape areas, bridges, hydroelectric power plants and dams. Despite the fact that these structures can contribute positively, the damage caused by these structure on aquatic environment is inevitable. For this purpose, in the study, cement (K) (0.44 g/L), cement/set accelerating admixture (ÇP) (0.44/0.132 g/L), cement/plasticizer (ÇA) (0.44/0.06 g/L) and all additives (ÇPA) (0.44/0,132/0.06 g/L) additive materials of concrete were used on rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss) (60±1.2 gr) cultivated in the freshwater for determination of their toxicity. The mortality rates of the additives were observed as 5, 20, 35 and 45% respectively. In addition, gill, liver, kidney and spleen of fish were examined histologically and serious histopathologic symptoms were observed.
