Abstract (EN)

In this study, utilizing various distance methods (euclid, city-block, minkowski) with regard to the effects of 14 different types of volatile oil achieved from incubations made with wheat fodder on pH, bacteria, protozoa numbers, hierarchical cluster methods (Within Group Linkage Method, Centroid Linkage Method, Complete Linkage Method, Single Linkage Method, Ward Linkage Method) have been analysed. Z-score transformation has been used to transform the data. In order to ascertain the one, among cluster methods, which gives the best result, groups obtained from simplex analysis of variance and Duncan multiple comparison techniques are used as reference groups. Within elements that are attained from each procedure and distance method group, the compatible ones which are acquired from Duncan Comparison are counted and used as the balance point. Within Complete Linkage Method, the balance number of distance methods such as euclid, city block and minkowski and within Group Linkage Method, city-block have been gained more than the groups of other cluster methods. In Protozoa group; within Complate Linkage method, the balance number of euclid, city-block and minkowski distance measures, within Ward Linkage Method, the balance number of euclid, city-block and minkowski distance measures and within Group Linkage Method, the balance number of euclid and minkowski distance measures have been gained more than the groups of other cluster methods. In Bacteria group cluster methods; within Single Linkage Method, the balance number of euclid, city-block and minkowski distance measures, within Ward Linkage Method, city-block distance measures and within Centroid Linkage Method, the balance number of euclid, city-block and minkowski distance measures have been gained more than the groups of other cluster methods.
