In this research, yield per plant, fruit quality criteria andpolyamines levels at different maturation stages of Sweet Charlie, Earlibrite,Strawberry Festival and Camarosa strawberries varieties were determineted byHPLC.Data obtained from this study showed that levels of polyamines were changedaccording to the varieties, maturation stage and tissue of polyamines. The highesttotal amounts of polyamines were determined in semi-mature fruit stage ofStrawberry Festival strawberry variety at all of mature stages. The lowest totalamounts of polyamines were determined in flower stage of Camarosa strawberryvariety.In the leaf, the highest total amounts of polyamines were determined in themature fruit stage and it was found from Earlibrite strawberry variety.Keywords: Polyamine, HPLC, Strawberry.II
