Özet (EN)

This study was established and carried out in the Research and Application Laboratories of the Field Crops Department of Çukurova University, Faculty of Agriculture, in the 2020-2021 growing period, according to the randomized plots trial design with 5 replications, germination tests in petri dishes, seedling growth observations and pot studies. In the study; Different pre-sowing seed treatments (10% polyethyleneglycol (PEG), 200 mM potassium nitrate (KNO3), 100 ppm Salicylic Acid (SA), 1.5 g) in three wheat varieties (Adana-99, Özkan and Toros 1003) ZnSO4/1 kg seed (ZnSO4), 10 ml BSN/1 kg seed were treated as control Germination Strength, germination rate, germination index, turgor weight, proportional water content (RWC), coleoptile length, shoot length, root length, shoot fresh weight, root fresh weight, shoot dry weight, root dry weight, seedling growth rate were investigated. When the varieties are evaluated in general; It was determined that Toros-1003 cultivar was superior to other cultivars in terms of germination and seedling growth values, BSN had no effect on pre-sowing seed applications, and PEG and ZnSO4 had a positive effect on the investigated properties, respectively.
