Abstract (EN)

Aim of this study was developing a simple, fast, economic and reliable multiresidue analyse method, for some pesticides which are used on fruits and vegetables, have low volatility and degrade at high temperature by using high-pressure liquid chromatography (HPLC)/Diode Array Dedector.Multi residue analyse method which enables to residue analysis of 19 pesticides was developed, at the end of the studies. At samples? extraction process acetonitrile, anhydrous Magnesium Sulphate and Sodium Chloride via at clean up process anhydrous Magnesium Sulphate and Primary Secondary Amine were used. Eggplant, peach, tomatoes and mandarin samples which had no pesticide residue and taken from organic farming field and garden, were used for method validation and results were found at acceptable range. Pesticides? limit of dedection (LOD) and limit of quantitation (LOQ) were lower than Maximum Residue Levels (MRLs), correlation coefficient which were acquired from matrix matched calibration graphs were higher than 0.99. Mean recoveries were between 75.39-121.95% and relative standart deviations (RSD%) were lower than 20% for accuracy. Also relative standart deviations (RSD%) which were calculated for precision (intra-day repeatability and inter-day reproducibility) was found lower than 10%. It is thought that, this method can be used easly at residue monitoring programmes because it is simple, economic and has small waste.
