Abstract (EN)
In this study, Morchella elata, Morchella esculenta, macrofungi were investigated. The collected fungi were also dried. The collected fungi were investigated for their methanol and water antimicrobial activities. The results showed that the fungal extracts used in the study had different levels of effect on the growth of microorganisms (Proteus vulgaris, Streptococcus pyogenes, Clostridium perfringes Bacillus cereus, Serratia marcescens, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus epidermidis, Escherichia coli, Salmonella thyphimurium, Proteus mirabilis, Bacillus spiziens, Hafnia Alvei, Salmonella enteritidis, Listeria monocytogenes, Elongation factor 2) tested.
