Abstract (EN)
In this research, the effect of tereftalic aldehyde Schiff base derivative and its metal complexes on the MDA concentration which is an andicator of Lipid peroxidation, in vitro antioxidant activity and antitumour activity were investigated in cell culture media. In the comparision done among groups, it was observed that MDA concentrations were statistically changed. Looking at the measured parameters during the experiment, the number of live cells, the ligand and complexes is seen an effective antitümör activity in the MCF-7 cell types. In conclusion, the parameters measured here in the show taht all compounds caused a considerable oxidative stres.Key Word: HPLC, Schiff Base, MDA, Antioxidant Activity, Antitumuor Activity
