Abstract (EN)

In this thesis study, 2 known iridoids E1 (catalpol) and E5 (6-O-(3''-O-trans p-coumaryl)-α-Lramno pyronazil catalpol from the above-ground part of the S. erzincanica plant were used by bioactivity guided isolation method, 1 saponin glycoside E4 (ilwensisaponin A), 1 phenylethanoid glycoside E3 (verbascoside), 1 flavonoid E2 (apigenin 7-O-glycoside), a total of 5 compounds were isolated. 3 iridoids S2 (catalpol cinnamic ester), S3 (8-acetylharpagid- 6-O-β-glycoside), S4 (harpagid), 1 flavonoid S5 (cinnaroside) known from the aerial part of the S. subaequiloba plant and 2 known from the root part 8 compounds were isolated, namely iridoid S6 (ajugol), S7 (aukubin), 1 phenolic acid S8 (p-coumaric acid methyl ester), one saponin glycoside S1 (ilwensisaponin A). The structures of these compounds were elucidated by 1D and 2D NMR Spectroscopy methods. The anticancer effects of these compounds on A549, Calu1, H1650, A172, C6, SH-SY5Y, MDA-MB-453, SW620 and FL cell lines were investigated. Among these compounds, S1 A549 10,11 µM, Calu1 10,95 µM, H1650 15,22 µM, A172 11,24 µM, C6 41,00 µM, SH-SY5Y 39,01 µM, MDA-MB-453 15,36 µM, SW620 105,55 µM showed IC50 values. Other compounds showed lower or higher activity than 5FU, with IC50 values ranging from 22,24-187,17 µM.
