Abstract (EN)

In this study, secondary metabolites produced by certain strain of Streptomyces genus analyzed inhibitory effects against porcine pancreatic lipase. For this purpose, Streptomyces griseus subsp. griseus DSM41107, S. toxytricini DSM40178, S. griseus subsp. griseus DSM40693, S. rimosus subsp. paramomycinus DSM41429, S. auratus DSM41897, S. fradiae DSM40063, S. antibiticus DSM40234 were obtained from German Culture Collection (DSMZ). It was provided optimum conditions for the microorganisms to produce the metabolite. It was detected lipase inihibiton by the biomolecule(s) that was produced in M6 medium by Streptomyces griseus subsp. griseus DSM41107. Fermentation broth was extracted by ethyl acetate. Then the metabolite(s) that effective on inhibition were partially purified by coloumn chromatography. Fraction that collected about 12th second at HPLC was tested in comparison with orlistat. As a result of the test, it was determined to be inhibited porcine pancreatic lipase by the consantration of 5 mg/mL extract at rate of 90%, in case of the same consantration of orlistat was 99.92%. Also the 7 mg/mL consantration of the same fraction was detected to inhibited at rate of 40% and 59% C. rugosa and M. javanicus lipases, respectively.
