Özet (EN)
In this study, population developments of Root Lesion Nematode Pratylenchus thornei were investigated with two different experiments on 25 different sesame genotypes. Pratylenchus thornei developed and multiplied in all of the sesame genotypes included in the experiment, the reproduction rate of nematodes in the 21 and 10 sesame genotypes were found to be 8.4-8.5, while the 24 genotypes were 7.79 and statistically more reproduction was achieved than the other varieties. Considering these results, when the population development on the 6 genotypes of Pratylenchus thornei with the most, medium and least proliferation was examined, Pratylenchus thornei had the highest population density in the genotypes 9, 17, 19 and 21 on the 21st day, in the genotypes 5 and 10, it was determined that the highest population density was reached on the 28th day. Considering the reproduction rates of the root lesion nematode Pratylenchus thornei on sesame genotypes, it was determined that genotype 21 was the most sensitive when considering the sesame genotypes included in the experiment.
