Abstract (EN)
ABSTRACT Master Thesis Cemile Bal (Özcan) Fırat Umversty Graduate School of Natural and Applied Sciences, Department of Chemistry 2005, Page: 130 In this study, the concentrations of necessary trace and micro elements were determined in the Rosa canına fruit and Urtica dioica leaves used to medicine purpose for years. For this aim, the samples were digested using microwave oven, and metal analysis were carried out by Atomic Absorption Spectrometry. In addition, the samples were extracted using various organic solvents and the extracts were examined by GC-MS. The extraction solutions were separated by using silicagel and both chromatograms and spectrums of the solutions were compared to each other.
