Abstract (EN)

In this study, spermathecal structures of some fruit files specimens have monitorized in scanning elektron microscopy (SEM) and examined which is available in Entomology Laboratory of Gaziantep University. Samples were collected between 1998-2014 in different reegions of turkey. Abdomenes of species belonging to Treypetinae subfamily (Myiopardalis pardalina, Carpomyia vesuviana, Myoleja korneyevi Rhagoletis cerasi, Rhagoletis berberidis) were boiled in %10 potassium hidroxide between 30-90 minutes and dissected for spermhatecal structures. Than, dissected materials have been put on the staps and examind by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Also, images of specimens which is obtained in SEM have been given as identifier characters for spermhatecal structures. Finnaly, results of acquired data have been compared ınterms of similarities and differences of spermathecal structures of some species belonging to Trypetinae subfamily.
