This research was conducted between 2022 and 2023 in the unheated application greenhouse of Kırşehir Ahi Evran University, Faculty of Agriculture, Department of Horticulture. In the research, San Andreas day-neutral strawberry variety was used as plant material, and two different mixtures were prepared with Bacillus subtilis (27), Pantoe agglomerans (86), Chryseobacterium elymi (39), Bacillus aryabhattai (33) isolates as bacterial application: A: 27+86. +39, B:27+39+33 and commercial mycorrhizal preparation (C) were used in solution form.The effects of single or mixed applications of bacteria and mycorrhizal fungi on growth and yield parameters were examined.As a result of the evaluations, it was determined that bacterial and mycorrhizal applications were effective in parameters based on fruit yield.In parameters based on leaf and leaf characteristics, it was observed that the effects of the applications on leaf area were statistically insignificant, but were effective in terms of Spad and total pigment (ACI).Bacterial and mycorrhizal applications generally increased macro and micronutrient intake. As a result of the research, it has been determined that bacterial and mycorrhizal applications have positive effects on the yield and quality of Sandreas strawberry variety, can help strawberry cultivation by using less chemicals and can improve plant nutrient uptake in calcareous soils.
