Examination of entrepreneurship levels of physical education teachers in relation to entrepreneurship of their bodies

Purpose: It is aimed to examine the entrepreneurship levels of physical education teachers in relation to their students' entrepreneurship in the scope of 8 state and 6 private schools in Manisa province Yunus Emre and Şehzadeler districts at secondary education level. Material and Method: The research was designed with the relational survey model, which is one of the sub-types of the general survey model, which is one of the quantitative research designs. In the form of online data collection, 28 voluntary physical education teachers, 8 state and 6 private schools, and 1510 student teachers in at least 2 branches of these teachers participated in the research. In obtaining the research data, teachers and students with Personal Information Form; "Entrepreneurship Potential Identification Inventory" developed by Santos, Caetano and Curral (2014) and for Students; "University Students Entrepreneurship Scale" developed by Yılmaz and Sünbül was used. Online scales in the form of Google forms were filled in the classrooms. Spss 22.0 package program was used in data analysis. Parametric or non-parametric statistical techniques were used according to the normality distribution of the data. Findings: When the entrepreneurship scores of secondary school students whose physical education teachers attend their classes, no significant difference was observed. Among the entrepreneurship levels according to gender, as a result of the t-test for independent samples, the entrepreneurship levels of male students were higher than female students, the difference between the entrepreneurship scores was not significant as a result of the Single Factor ANOVA made according to the class variable, and the separate studies made according to the educational status of the mothers & fathers of the students. As a result of the Single Factor ANOVA, the difference between the entrepreneurship scores was not significant, the difference on the entrepreneurship scores of the students as a result of the Single Factor ANOVA performed separately according to the mother and father profession variable was not significant. As a result of the ANOVA test, according to whether or not to play in the school team, those who play in the school team have higher entrepreneurship scores than those who do not play, as a result of the t-test, according to whether they work in a job other than students, as a result of the t-test, those who work in an out-of-school job have higher entrepreneurship scores than those who do not work. As a result of the t-test according to whether they have ideas or not, those who have entrepreneurial ideas have higher entrepreneurship scores than those who do not, that there is no difference in the entrepreneurship scores of physical education teachers as a result of the Mann Whitney U test according to the gender variable, that there is no difference in the entrepreneurship scores of the physical education teachers according to the marital status variable. There was no difference in the scores of physical education teachers according to the type of school they work in, there was no difference in the entrepreneurship scores of working in public or private schools as a result of the Mann Whitney U test, there was no difference in the entrepreneurship scores of the Mann Whitney U test according to the variable of physical education teachers doing extracurricular activities outside of school. It was found that there was no difference between entrepreneurship scores as a result of the Mann-Whitney U Test, which was made according to whether or not they had an entrepreneurial idea. Results: When the entrepreneurship scores of secondary school students whose physical education teachers attend their classes are compared, no relationally significant difference was found. Significant differences were found between the entrepreneurship scores of students and teachers according to various variables.
