Abstract (EN)
The aim of the current study was to investigate Behaviours of Servant Leadership with Applied Trainers in Relation with Athletes Satisfaction at Handiccaped Athletes.. The population of the study consisted of the teams of Amputee Football League and First League of Wheelchair Basketball in the season of 2009 ? 2010 acting under the Federation of the Physically Handicapped. A total sum of 241 physically handicapped athletes out of 20 clubs was included in the study, which was carried out through the method of relational scanning. A single dimensional Mentoring Scale at Sport (MSS) made up of 24 items and a three dimensional (Satisfaction of trainer, individual satisfaction and team satisfaction) Athletes Satisfaction Scale (ASS) made up of 19 items were used. The results were analyzed through statistical analysis methods depending on the responses by the athletes to the questionnaire.In the analysis and comment of the data, frequency, Regression Analysis, Kruskal Wallis Test, One Way Variance Analysis (ANOVA) Test were used and Tukey Test was used to determine the difference between the groups.It was found at the end of the study that there was a positive and significant relation between the mentoring levels of Amputee footballers and satisfaction of trainer, individual satisfaction and satisfaction of team, out of MSS dimensions (p<0.05).A positive and significant relation was found between the mentoring levels of Wheelchair Basketball Players and satisfaction of trainer, individual satisfaction and satisfaction of team, out of MSS dimensions (p<0.05).It was also determined that the difference between mentoring score means of amputee footballers and wheelchair basketball players depending on the variable of branch was significant (p<.05) As for mean values; mentoring levels of amputee footballers were higher compared to those of wheelchair basketball players.The difference between MSS sub-dimensions of amputee footballers and wheelchair basketball players depending on the variable of branch was significant (p<.05). As for the mean values, amputee footballers had a higher level at the satisfaction of trainer, individual satisfaction and satisfaction of team compared to wheelchair basketball players.It was found at the end of the study that mentoring behaviour by trainers had a positive effect on the satisfaction of athletes.Keywords: Trainer, Physically Handicapped Athletes, Trainer, Satisfaction of Athletes.
