Verification and analysis of the work entitled Bedî al-Meânî fî Sharhî Aqîdat al-Shaybânî

In our study, we have made a verification and analysis of the work of Abû Muhammad Yunus b. Yusuf al-Shaybânî (d. 619/1222), who lived in the VI-VIIth centuries of the Hijri, on his poetic work titled al- Aqîdat al-Shaybâniyya, which Ibn Qâḍî Ajlûn (d. 876/1472), who lived in the IXth century of the Hijri, annotated with the name of Bedî al-Meânî fî Sharhî Aqîdat al-Shaybânî. Our study consists of an introduction, two chapters and a verified edition of the work. In the introduction section, the subject, importance, purpose and method of the research are mentioned. The first chapter provides information about the lives, works and scholarly personalities of the authors. In the second part of our study, the name of the work, its relation to the author, the introduction of its copies, and its content are mentioned. The method followed in verification are also given.
