Abstract (EN)
By combining east and west culture, Behçet Necatigil has provided his poems to his readers with a wide point of view. Becoming his poems to a culturel poetry, creates rich cannotations on his readers. At this point the role of the reader has been observed it is expected that the reader should be from the people who are active, open to research and have lots of cultural heritage. Ideal reader emerges. Reception aesthetics defends ideal reader, and as reception aesthetics makes the ideal reader?s role important, it is accepted convinient for this thesis. Like The Second New Poets in Turkish Literature, Behçet Necatigil has been a poet who defends the ideal reader, and displays views which are suitable for reception aesthetics.In the thesis, Behçet Necatigil?s comprehension to the poem is approached in a different point of view. This poets are examined in the light of reception aesthetics. First of all, information about reception aesthetics has been given and then views that are convenient to receptions in the Turkish Literature and changes in Behçet Necatigil?s point of view are explained in the thesis. In the section of findings and comment, by choosing poems which are understood in different ways by everybody it was tried to reach to deep structure of the poems. Poems are divided into themes, image, motive, symbol and outline text connections were used. At the end of using this information, impresion of Behçet Necatigil?s life-death in his poems was strived to be shown how the reader understands. The thesis is finalized with a find section. In the find section Necatigil?s poems continued after 1956 are acceptable to reception aesthetics. This period starts with his book ?Eski Toprak? and finishes with the section of ?Aklar? in his ?Kareler Aklar? book. During this period between the section Aklar and his death, it is observed that he has returned to poems that are not clear to of comments, before 1955.
