Abstract (EN)
Objective: Behçet's disease in the etiopathogenesis of vasculitis in the foreground and vascular involvement and arteries as well as veins comprise all sizes vascular structures may be affected but the venous involvement than the foreground. Purpose of this study is, in Behçet's Disease CSF flow dynamics PC-MRI evaluating disease etiopathogenesis try to understand and PC-MRI contribution to the differential diagnosis of the disease is to investigate whether. Materials and Methods: This study Turgut Ozal Medical Center Dermatology Department admitted to 18 Behçet (9 males, 9 females) and the Department of Neurology admitted to neurobehçet's disease Patient 16 neurobehçet's disease, diabetes (9 men, 7 women) July 2012 - November 2013 between the applicant and our environment healthy we selected 15 volunteers (5 men, 10 women) covers the control group. Quantitative analysis of CSF flow phase contrast MR angiography technique aquaductus be obtained in the axial plane at the level of images by two radiologists. Between the three groups akuduktus current passing through the peak velocity (cm / sec), the average velocity (cm / sec), forward flow volume (mL), back flow volume (mL), net forward flow volume (mL), flow rate (mL / min) values and were compared aquaductus areas Results: One- way analysis of variance between the three grub and has worked LSD tests , variance analysis according to the following results were obtained: 3 ± 1.18 mm2 in the control group aquaductus area , peak velocity 4 ± 0.82 cm/ sec, average speed 0.37 ± 0.21 cm / sec , forward current 0.019 ± 0.079 mL, 0.012 ± 0.006 mL reflux , net forward current 0.54 ± 0.23 0.006 ± 0.003 mL and flow rate ml / min respectively. Aquaductus 4.3 ± 1.6 mm2 area in Behcet's Disease , peak velocity 3.4 ± 0.9 cm / sec, average speed 0.44 ± 0.21 cm / sec , forward current 0.023 ± 0.011 mL, 0.009 ± 0.059 mL reflux net forward current flow of 0.013 ± 0.006 ml and 1.17 ± 0.66 ml / min, respectively (Table II). Neurobehçet's disease in patients aquaductus 4.3 ± 1.09 mm2 area , peak velocity of 5.8 ± 2.3 cm / sec, average speed 0.70 ± 0.38 cm / sec , forward current 0.041 ± 0.017 mL, 0.021 ± 0.012 mL reflux , net forward current 0.019 ± 0.011 ml and 1.73 ± 1.05 flow ml / min respectively. LSD (Least Significant Difference Method) test performed according to statistical test, the following results were obtained according to: Aquaductus according to the diameter and neurobehçet's disease Behcet's patients while there was no significant difference between the control group were significantly increased compared to the aquaductus wide. Peak speed, average speed, forward current, back in the flow,net- forward current and flow parameters; Behcet's and there was no significant difference between the control group, neurobehçet's disease and in patients with Behcet's disease patients compared to the control were increased. Conclusion: In our study, FK-M is used as a method of noninvasive examination, BH and NBH, the differential diagnosis and get treatment in directing, by detecting changes in CSF parameters showed that it is helpful. It must be supported by broader and more comprehensive study believe that. Keywords : Behcet, neurobehçet's disease , PC-MRI, CSF flow
