Abstract (EN)
Complexity, speed, variability and uncertainty facing the facts of today's working life at any moment. Therefore, the basic struggle of an organization who want to improve the performance of the institution, first of all appears to be to cope with change. Organizations who want to change to cope with the basic skills, the ability to renew themselves.To increase the performance of the organization, customer-supplier relationship is important in the organization. In addition, structuring the relations should be reviewed in corporation. Process management, all of these relationships by creating and providing the correct use of resources, the organization more effective, more efficient, more consistent, higher capacity and aims to carry out activities in a shorter period of time.In this study, particularly for the application of process management, the municipalities in our country for years complained of bureaucratic job density are discussed. What kind of changes may occur as a result of this application is described in municipalities.
