Abstract (EN)
Bendiocarb is a comprehensive insecticide used for mosquitoes, household and limited control. Breast benefits are a comprehensive and exogenous factor. Therefore, it is their aim to be adversely affected by MDA-MB-231, which is their culture from cell birds. In this study, the anti-cancer line MDA-MB-231 is applied by applying increasing doses of Bendiocarb, MTT-yl-(5-dimethyl triazol-2)-2,5-diphenyl tetrazolium bromide) and malonaldehyde (MDA) level and like an enzyme. The cytotoxic effect of Bendiocarb on the effects on MDA-MB-231 is created in the control group and its application (10-90 µM), and the LD50 value becomes LD50 as 45µM. It was ensured that the determined cyto was in the cell during the day, depending on the control, from the Bendiocarb screen. For death in DNA in cells, according to the comet analysis, the control group, 25 µM, 45 µM, 90 µM Bendio sales are the favorites in DNA when the DNA tail, long and moment tail values are examined in the groups. Malondialdehyde (MDA) level and defense system enzymes; Control and application trial were measured in spectrophotometer and evaluated comparatively for superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT) and glutathione peroxidase (GPx) activity. While the amount of MDA increases in evaluations, it is observed in review activities. The present study will form the basis for studies on this subject, will contribute to the literature and will shed light on future comprehensive studies.
