Abstract (EN)
In this work 7-Methoxy-2-acetyl benzofuryl methyl methacrylate (MABMM) was synthesized. 7-Methoxy -2-acetyl benzofuril methyl methacrylate (MABMM) was polymerized by the free radicalic polimerization method. Also,copolymers of MABMM with acrylonitrile (AN) and styrene (ST) was prepared by the free radicalic polymerization method.The structures of poly (MABMM), poly(MABMM-co-AN) and poly(MABMM-co-ST) were characterized by IR, 1H-NMR and elemantal analysis techniques. The monomer reactivity ratios of copolymerization were calculated by the Kelen-Tudos and Fineman Ross methods. Polydispersity and average molecular weight of the polymers were determined using Gel Permation Chromatography (GPC).The glass transition temperature of homopolymer and copolymers were measured by DSC. Thermal behavior of homo and copolymers were measured by TGA.Keywords: 7-Methoxy-2-acetyl benzofuryl methyl methacrylate (MABMM), monomer reactivity ratios
