This factprovides us precious cues regarding the aspects of human factor in the nature ofrevelation and also the communication between Allah and man.Muvafakat (agreement) means to run into, to meet, appropriateness,concordance, consent, agreement, unity. The basic meaning of agreement could bedetermined as: With the sincerity of being a Moslem, showing a mental and emotionalattitude against the occasions and problems occurred in practical life in the course ofhistory and this attitude?s being supported, approved and consented by divinerevelation.The first condition for the occurrence of this fact is believing in Allah. For,the power of this faith is dependent on the nature of communication between Allan andman. This powerful bond is trusting and loving Allah. This mutual love and trustbetween Allah and man indicates how effective is man?s emotions, thoughts, sufferings,or anxieties in the formation of the revelation. Thus Allah asked questions to human,answered his questions, and found solutions to his problems. In this communicationAllah entered men?s semantic world and talked to them using their language because itwas impossible for man to enter Allah?s semantic world. For, in this relationship whatAllah says should be ?understandable?. If the most important feature of our humaneexistence is to seek for and know the truth, then the only phenomenon that could helpour metaphysical longing become more functional is divine revelation. For thisrevelation be functional in men?s life, it should be understandable and practicable.Religions with its function in helping man to find answers to metaphysical questionsand put forward values to shape his life plays an important role to satisfy man in hisstruggles aiming to find meaning.Key Words: Allah, Human, Communication, Koran, Faith, Word of God.
