Abstract (EN)

Wireless communication technologies are one of the most researched and developed areas today. With the development of these systems, 5N technologies, which are included in our lives, continue to be popular and continue to be used actively. Antenna designs and structures, one of the structures affected by this popularity, need innovations in order to be integrated into these developing systems. With the new designs made, high channel capacity, high gain and low costs can be provided for 5N technologies. In 5N communication systems, parameters such as channel capacity and gain can be brought to desired levels by using Multiple-Input Multiple-Output (MIMO) antenna. The main purpose of this thesis is to present MIMO microstrip antenna designs that can be used in 5N communication systems. Parametric analyzes of the designed antennas were made and the effects of appropriate patch corrections on antenna performance were investigated. In the first of the presented designs, the effect of the patches added on the soil ground on the parameter values was examined, in the second design step, the effects of the patches added on the front surface of the antenna were discussed and electromagnetic simulation software (CST and HFSS) were used in the design steps.
