The naskh in Baydâvi's tafsir

"The result of the efforts to understand the Qur'an which came as a source of guidance to humanity, some sciences were emerged. The Sciences of the Quran is important of sciences formed by the efforts' results. The Nash is one of the topics that have discussed for centuries in the sciences of the Quran and still maintain its topicality. Undoubtedly, it is vital to benefit from the scholars and reveal their perspectives for a good understanding of Nash. We decided to carry out this study in order to achieve exactly this goal. In the introduction part of our study, the phenomenon of Nash in Baydâwi's Tafsîr, Baydâwi's life, his knowledge, his book and his tafsir. In the first part; we discussed the Nash phenomenon with its main outlines, the arguments about the existence of Nash and its evidence, the relationship between Nash-Tahsis, Nash's conditions, Nash's parts and works/studies. In the second part, we analyzed and revealed the interpretations of our Mufassir about these verses by discussing Baydawi's view of the phenomenon of Nash, Nash criteria and how he interpreted the verses considered abrogated. In our study, Baydawi's; We have observed that Nash is permissible and actual, and that the Qur'an also advocates the existence of inter-sharia abrogation, based on the way the Qur'an abrogates other shari'ahs.. We observed that the Mufassir, who examined the verses subject to Nash from the principles of Nash, followed a consistent method."
