Özet (EN)

A person who is a social entity is in interaction and communication with its environment in order to carry on its vital activities. Musculature, accidents or diseases used to establish communications can be damaged and unusable. Such cases have been concluded in order to psychologically support individuals whose communication with the environment is restricted and to raise living standards. In the thesis, a brain computer interface based on SSVEP with 4 visual stimuli was designed for individuals with healthy brain functions. Brain signals were recorded from individuals focused on visual stimuli in the designed system with the help of Emotiv Epoc+ device. Recorded signals are preliminarily processed to remove noise. It is then decomposed into meaningful information by attribute extraction and then this information is classified using classification algorithms. Classified brain signals are commanded and reported to the spelling system. It is anticipated that users will be able to focus on the letters of the hearing that they want to convey to the outer world as a result of preprocessing, attribute extraction and classification steps made with the receiving signals, to print the focused letter on the screen, to delete the word that is being printed. Control applications are included in the scope of thesis study. The use of electronic devices such as robots and quadrocopters with BBA systems has been studied and a literature study has been conducted. The brain signals recorded from individuals in the course of the studies were analyzed, meaningful information was obtained through preliminary processing and attribute extraction processes. This information has been reported and simulated in the direction of a quadrocopter movement. As a result of the work done, a hypnosis system has been created that allows an intermediate command to be given without using the muscle system. Again, in these studies, a quadrocopterin movement was performed in the simulator environment, complete without using the muscle system.
