Effects of human resources management changes technological and knowledge (A survey in Gaziantep textile industry)

Organizations to further their market share rapidly changing and developing world, they can continue with the competitive advantage, consumer demands and expectations to respond to follow depends on the progress in information and technology. Knowledge and technology to use, interpret and make effective the qualified human resource. Ongoing activities are the foundation of human resources. With the support of senior management employees to use information and technology effectively, enhancing the properties of the activities, functions should be improved. Changing market conditions, knowledge and technology indispensable condition for the continuation of appropriate human resource training organizations.
