ABSTRACTIn today?s competitive climates, enterprises? main criteria for achieving success in theirareas is to use the knowledge they have in the most efficient way. Today, the mostimportant power that enterprises have is knowledge. From the decision makingmechanism of an enterprise to all the labours that are done for new product or serviceproduction in every period of labour functional use of knowledge is of high importance.Main condition for enterprises? to maintain the ability of using the concept ofknowledge that provides them to develope themselves and to gain competitiveadvantage in this way in an organizationally efficient way is to manage that knowledgein a decent way. For this reason enterprises need knowledge management in order toconvert knowledge into yield.The execution of knowledge management including the main periods like knowledge?sbeing registered, shared, transferred, coordinated, and most importantly creating anadded value from it, in a way that covers the whole enterprise will lead to functional useof knowledge as a source of prosperity. That usage will mean increase in efficieny andactivity for all labour periods. Because it is related to being able to gain successfulresults in all labour periods for enterprises, execution of the knowledge needed in thecorrect place and time.This work focusing on how enterprises will be operated and what benefits it will bringaims to introduce with researches that knowledge is an important economic power andthat the understanding of this knowledge management is needed absolutely for usingthis power organizationally.
