Modelling it requirement analysis on networks via expert systems

The purpose of this study is to measure the Information Technology (IT) needs ofpublic service workers by using expert systems and create a model which to do so. Inorder to create such model, the first step involves in a field work which determines theusage level of IT?s by public service workers and creates a decision three from the resultsof the field work. The second step of the study is to design a network based datacollection program. The expert system model is needed to design this program. The laststep is the application of this model in the real life situations. In this step, the model andprogram were published in the network and the usage of IT?s were measured andupdated.
