Abstract (EN)
The use of computer technology in the design of plastic products has become increasingly important for developing the plastics industry. Designing on a drawing board will result in the loss of a great time working product. Computer technology requires different methodology of engineering design. Plastic part and analysis the manufacturing process can easily design in computer media. It provides a better understanding of the operating requirements for a product design; resulting maximizing the design efficiency in determine product requirements. Plastic injection process is the most popular manufacturing method for a plastic product. This process can be simulated in computer media by the CAE (Computer Aided Engineering) programmes. Process requirements and parameters can be analyzed. The calculated parameters can be obtained like cooling time, process time, filling time, clamp force etc. then use these for suitable product design and mold design.
