Today?s information society requires the best and most productive use of technology. It also requires individuals to learn technology in a best way for the development of the society. As the use of computers and of computer-based information and communication technologies has become widespread in all fields in Turkey, it is now a necessity to provide training related to the field in educational institutions. To train individuals who will learn and use technology, the teachers should essentially be able to use technology in a best way. Therefore, it is quite important to teach the use of computer in our education system. It is basically the duty of teachers, especially of the computer teachers, to teach technology thus the use of computer in schools. Hence, the place of computer teachers is very significant in education system. For the statistical analysis of the data, Independent group t-test was applied to compare two groups (One sample t-test), and One way Anova variance analysis was used for the comparison of more than two groups. As the results of ?F? test statistics obtained through the variance analysis was found to be statistically significant, Tukey HSD (Tukey?s Honestly Significant Difference Test) was applied to find out the group that led to the difference. In the light of the findings obtained in the study, it was revealed that computer teachers have technical problems at most and personal problems at least. It was found that the technical and personal problems of computer teachers and those related to teaching and management do not vary with respect to their gender, the school they work or to their staff issues. The technical problems of computer teachers, on the other hand, differ according to their years of teaching, and the technical problems and those related to teaching were found to differ depending on the faculty they graduated from
