Özet (EN)

Computer vision is applied to develop more intelligent systems in widely areas, such as security and medical. In this study, force which applied on a cell has been computed and electroactive polymer which aimed to be actuator has been analyzed, for microinjection operation, based computer vision. In a microenjection process electroactive polymer material which move with electrical current, can be used as an actuator for micropipette. In this approach, electroactive polymer material's movements under different electrical currents have been analysed. To extract the polymer shape features, curve fitting and invariant moments have been used. Features are classified with artificial neural networks and nearest neighbor approaches. The most important factor in a microinjection operation is to cause minimum damage on oocyte membrane. Therefore, the control of the force applied on a cell by micropipette is necessary. For this purpose force estimation with biomembrane point-load model has been made on real microinjection images. The use of these approaches in a microinjection mechanism, controlled injection operation can be made and it can be ensure to cause minimum damage on oocyte.
