Abstract (EN)
In this study, a single-effect absorption cooling system thermal analysis and design was performed. The system as fluid LiBr ? H2O fluid pairs. Each component of the absorption system was modeled as heat exchanger with counter flow and shell-tube type. Thermodynamic properties such as enthalpy, temperature, pressure, mass flow rate in each point of system were calculated. The results obtained were given into tables. Dimensioning of system components was obtained in the data as a result of thermodynamic calculations. Performed dimensioning results were given into tables. For absorber and evaporator of system components to maintain the flow of film through vertical tubes guide structure was designed specially. These structures were designed to study in detail. 7,5 kW cooling capacity of a single-effect LiBr ? H2O absorption cooling system design were completed under this study.
