Abstract (EN)

The construction industry is constantly intertwined and struggling with the complexity of its projects. Construction projects are always at high risk populations due to their higher complexity than other projects and due to the large number of uncertainties that these complexities create. Due to uncertainty and risks, many construction projects are completed well beyond the originally targeted completion point. The aim of this study is to increase the perception of risk management in which the deficiencies have been detected in our country, to contribute to the literature in the field of risk management, to present a model of the risk assessment that a production company should make a decision on whether to enter a tender through an infrastructure project, and to determine the extent of the negative impact of risks on the project to show how these negative effects can be reduced, and to increase the accuracy of the decision to be made by showing the points to be taken into consideration by a production company that will decide whether to enter the tender or not. Risks that could affect a sample infrastructure project were identified, risk analysis was made using the Probability-Impact Matrix and Primavera Risk Analysis program, the appropriate strategies against the risks were selected according to the risk analysis results, and the improvements provided by these strategies were determined. Thanks to the results to be obtained from the study, the issues that the literature is lacking will be eliminated, information about risk and risk management will be given to the readers, and the producers who will make a decision whether to enter the tender or not will try to show the points to be careful about the risks.
