Abstract (EN)
İn this study examined the occupational health and safety (OHS) in shift work on an industrial factory. For this purpose examined Sunar Mısır Entegre Tesisleri San. Ve Tic. AŞ." And "Elita Gıda San. ve Tic. AŞ." to determine the possible risks about occupational health and safety (OHS) at shift works. We used Fine-Kinney method in this study. With the help of this method we calculated risk assessments on working areas at shift works. Besides, done dust and noise tests due for bran warehouse and raw oil units. Examined some perception differences and as a result of that the negative effects physically and mentally between day and night shift workers. As a result, workers' boarding points of service buses and the perception exposed from the noise and the dust of bran warehouse and raw oil units has made a negative effect to day shift workers but positive effect to night shift workers. Has been determined that the night workers make enough personal prevention unlike the day workers. Suggested reducing the dust and noises by improving bran warehouse, raw oil units and to educate workers about using prevention equipment effective.
