Abstract (EN)
Today's, consumer needs, to meet the requirements in the proper investigation products producer beyond that, from the perspective of a built-in marketing communications is a consumer's specific needs as to produce appropriate solutions. Today marketing and marketing communications sectors are one of the fastest changing industries is considered to be. The relationship with the Customer that is important to today's competitive conditions, customers, and the business relationship to be permanently in the market, trends, and developments, customer expectations, customer's needs better recognition and holistic, customer-driven to be a holistic approach to marketing concept. Traditional market stability, product/service provider, or product itself when creating a balance, state-of-the-art marketing and customer needs/expectations of her. Modern marketing, product-oriented, but a customer-focused approach. This is why, today, business processes, technology and culture, with the customer's needs, as well as upon request, re-organization of great importance. Globalization, technology, and marketing instruments to be used for businesses and sales operations, which globally, organization, both at the national and world market according to the terms and conditions that it would be a mandatory implementation of marketing methods. With globalization, the traditional marketing approach to dominate global markets and almost impossible to be seen on it. It is therefore continuous new marketing and technical trends arise. Today's consumers' buying behavior and habits of consumption, largely because they have set values. For this reason, taking all of the communication and marketing activities, which was released in conjunction with those products have admitted. The values are the target markets businesses healthy and a permanent dialog adapted and other business activities in important role to play in successfully. It's the existing and potential customers have been waiting for that is owned or ethical value or have concerns, marketing communications to know how to achieve their goals in a relay is active. In line with this explanation, the purpose of the submitted with the change in marketing communications strategies for differentiation and ethical Fair Trade line (Fairtrade) feature, and effect of the present for consideration. The purpose of the other submitted, national and international brands' marketing communications reveal ethical aspects. In line with this example as a brand tezde Starbucks; ethical trade and Fairtrade-are examined.
