Franchising as an entrepreneur model

Nowadays, we are living in a world which is in an information epoch andglobalizing, cannot be admitted of any intervention by a government or politicalpowers. New conditions of globalizing world, affects all firms fromsmallest to biggest.Multinational firms which are expanding to multinational markets wouldn?tbe able to achieve the efficiency level in distributing the goods and services theyproduce as the domestic markets satisfied. While they see small firms as apartner, small firms which are not strong enough to open out to world marketsand benefit from the advantages that new period brings, find the way out withcoorperating with big firms that they used to perceive as an enemy before. In thiscase, franchising has become as a midpoint for providing this kind ofcoorperation for all types of firms.Franchising is a marketing and entrepreneurship system that accentuatesconsumers as they are most important factor for modern marketing. This systemhas been running in US and Western Europe for a long time, but it?s new forTurkey.Franchising system has been analysed primarily in this study which is anew term for Turkey. In the second section, the research has been revealed abouthow franchising system works for all types of firms.Consequently, there are theoretic explanations about franchising whichhas been suggested as the 21st century?s organization model by InternationalFranchising Instution.
